We understand that grooming can sometimes be stressful for pets, especially during drop-off. Our team is trained to help ease that anxiety through gentle handling and a soothing environment.

Whether your dog has hair that requires regular brush-outs, baths, and haircuts—or fur that benefits from seasonal maintenance—we’re here to guide you. Some thick-coated breeds may benefit from a summer trim, while others may simply need a good bath to stay clean and comfortable.

At Pleasant Grooming, we value your time and appreciate your trust in our team to care for your pet. Unfortunately, we’ve experienced a growing number of missed grooming appointments without any notice or communication.

To help us continue providing timely, quality service to all our clients:

• If a client misses two (2) grooming appointments without notice, they will be required to pay the full grooming fee for any future missed appointments.

• Missed appointments without cancellation result in a lost grooming spot that could have been filled by another client and ultimately affects our team and scheduling.

• We kindly ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
